My cat has two humps on his lower lip .. one kind of light are crude and are dark brown. What could be the problem?

It could be something, or gradually. I suggest looking around the house for everything to extract (cleaning, food, poison for pests, etc.) Take them to the vet after you could come. Hope this helps!
