I'm going to start taking 100mg Jamieson B Complex

Is it too much?

I guess because I feel tired and worn DAME ALL THE TIME. and want to stop. Furthermore, I'm really stressed.

What do you take a mega dose of vitamin B complex, which contains more B-vitamins (at least twice) when it presented in an energy multivitamin that contains a large amount of B vitamins for energy.

The more you is one tablet per day and never again. Probably one tablet every two or three days are better.
