It is likely that only bacteria / aureus. You can list experienced chin with a cotton ball cleanly and make sure you clean stainless steel bowls supply. The wearing of plastic and ceramics from a lot of bacteria. Wash your toys .. etc. I would not worry. To do many puppies.
My 4 years old and still available. My vet called puppy acne. I have a little cream of the veterinarian, but comes and goes, and does not seem to worry about him.
