My friend is visiting family in Georgia, USA and got into a serious car accident, which was parked at a red light and the Corvette was unstoppable, and I ontop of his car, thank God he is alive but in fact, injured his neck and police back.ambulance was visiting, what are your rights and the U.S.? Cocerning the accident was the same rights as an American citizen. If it's not his fault, the person who is to blame (or his insurance is required) to do anything, your friend is. These include the payment of medical bills, payment for damage to your car or other property, the payment of any loss of time or any other disability due to accidents, including reimbursement to participate for any pain and suffering. It would also be responsible for him at home because you have no car.
it is probably the same excuse, damn Canadians, so polite.
Like others, then call the insurance company and run it to use.
